The tubes are made by hand, from high-quality PVC material. Their individual parts are welded with hot air, so the product has overlapping welds.

UHF RFID tags, embedded in the tubes, can be read and written in the UHF band at 960 MHz (ISO 18000-3). This technology enables rapid inventory of stock.

Each package of individual 42-inch pontoons includes a card that contains information such as:

- Identification of the product's intended use

- Preparation of the product for use

- Maintenance and regular inspection

- Storage of unused products

- Warnings

- Description and explanation of signs that can be used with products

- Safety pictograms

Tubes can last more than 2 seasons if used properly. Please follow the maintenance instructions, which can be found in the package or on our website(<-click here).

A repair kit is added to each order. It is used to repair a pontoon that has been punctured or damaged (e.g., by contact with a sharp object or rough surface. Repair using the repair kit in a few simple steps is described here(<-click here).

Why do tubes get damaged?

The most common cause of wear and tear of the material from which tubes are manufactured is friction. Rough surfaces, especially on outdoor facilities, have a significant impact on the life of the product. Too little or too much pressure in the pontoon increases the risk of breakage. It is also important to remember to store the product properly - lack of ventilation or high sunlight has a negative effect on the material.

After what time should the tubes be replaced?

Properly used and stored  tubes can serve 2 seasons or even longer. Do not suggest the time since purchase, but the psychical condition of the product. If cracks, abrasions or other disturbing signs of wear and tear appear on the tube, which cannot be repaired by yourself with a repair kit, such a tube should be replaced with a new one. The higher capacity of the facility, the more often the equipment should be replaced.

Are tubes only designed for slides?

No. Tubes are not only equipment for a tube slide. They can also be used to drift up on "lazy river" for example.

How do I know what size of the tube is appropriate for the slide?

The size of the tube is most often determined by the manufacturer of the slide. This is related to diameter of the pipe. The most popular are 42-inch tubes.
